Experience
-At least 10 years experience in the production of molded polyurethane foam for automotive.
-Polyurethane formulation expertise for the production of automotive parts in the different technologies (TDI and MDI based).
Skills
-Fluent in English is a must other leagues will appreciate.
-Dynamic, open minded and extroverted person, with good capacity for establishing long term relationships with customers and for innovation and detecting development opportunities.
-High team working capacities.
Others
-High availability for travelling and support customers in the production and development of polyurethane foams.

Funciones y competencias
- -Visit customers and support them in foaming machines start up, giving support in the final applications and making proposals about the best option in the portfolio. Investigate quality claims and detect customer needs for possible joint projects developments.
-Lead and Coordinate development projects in collaboration with the BU and Research Department to detect new innovation opportunities.
-Propose, edit and update product sales specifications and technical information.
-Work on the approval of raw materials for the manufacture of the different products in the current portfolio.
-Coordinate and participate in internal and external trainings regarding products and applications.
-Keep market-tendencies information updated.
-Technical leadership in the development of new products, formulations and applications for polyols.
