Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Optimization Manager will be responsible for:
- Conversion optimization of our front end solutions at a multichannel level (web –all devices- and native solutions).
- Managing and coordinating the AB pipeline in coordination with other product teams and UX.
- Coordinating the full lifecycle of AB testing (from concept development to results analysis).
- Monitoring on a daily basis KPI’s and understanding the product performance.
- Identifying and proposing potential enhancements in product to increase conversion.
- Ensuring optimizations applied are consistent and drive both short and long term business benefit.
- Follow up actual performance after roll out of tests.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- University degree.
- Technology passionate.
- 5 years of experience in the ecommerce retail industry (previous focus on conversion in the travel industry will be preferred).
- Strong knowledge on web platforms and new technologies (HTML 5, adaptive and native solutions).
- Strong knowledge on AB tools.
- Ability to work with multiple teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Problem solver and can do attitude.

- Results driven.
- Proficient English required (More than 2 languages will be a plus)
