His/her main duties will be:
- Act as a key member on the project implementation phase -will be properly trained in order to adquire deep knowledge on the new tool and processes- with the aim to test and validate the solution delivered.
- Actively participate on the testing and go-live preparation phases of the different roll-out's of the new system across the different ODIGEO brands, defining the new system required settings.
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with the Finance process specialist
- Train the finance users on the new tool functionalities for all ODIGEO offices across Europe.
- Manage post implementation issues and become the link with the system provider.
- Administer the new system after the implementation phase. Define new change requests specifications and open incidences follow-up.
- Improve system efficiency and capabilities.
- Create, update and maintain the new system documentation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5 years of expertise managing the functional administration of transactional systems across multinational companies, acting as the key user.
- Demonstrated experience on training specific system functionalities to a wide group of users.
- Accounting processes knowledge required.
- Used to work on a multinational environment.
- Microsoft Office advanced user.
- Ability to acquire new responsibilities in a short period of time.
- Capacity to create documentation and to define methodic user guides and buisness workflows.
- Fluent in English is a must. Other languages (French) are appreciated
