Funciones:
-To manage the accounting process and company accounts for the business in line with monthly and annual reporting as well as compliance requirements. - To maintain and update the Ferrovial Agroman financial systems for the Saudi Arabia projects in line with Group policies and processes. - To manage the invoicing process and systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers and third parties. - To be responsible for ensuring correct authorisation for all accounting and invoice related activities to ensure appropriate financial controls. - To ensure payments are processed in line with agreed payment terms - To manage the staff payroll system ensuring efficient payroll processes and management of payroll queries. - To manage the Accounting team including appropriate resourcing levels, effective performance management, employee development and motivation. - Attend meetings regarding logistics matters. - Produce reports in time and manner required. - To monitor and assess staff capability and performance. - To promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts. |

Requisitos:
- BS Finance and accounting. - 10 years experience as Finance / Accounting manager, desirable within J.V. - Fluent Business English is a must. - Demonstrates a good understanding of the construction industry. - Able to work with predefined parameters and timescales to ensure all information is processed effectively. - Must have strong business acumen.
