You lead a small team and are in charge of supervising and optimising the efficiency of every team player. You are responsible for the creation of offers and agreements as well as their postprocessing. Moreover, the professional and personal supervision of all events in close collaboration with the banqueting department and the maintenance and care of our customer files belong to your area of responsibilities. In addition making optimum use of all conference rooms and the correct posting of all conference services belong to your duties as well as keeping your budget.
Please apply if you have:
Professional experience in the sophisticated hospitality industry and specialized knowledge of high service standards
Mimimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry
University degree of upper-medium grade (Tourism, Hospitality Management)
Excellent understanding for numbers (budget)
Passionate attitude, well groomed appearance and very good manners
OPERA & MICROS skills are of advantage
Knowledge of office package (excel, word etc)
High level of German- and English skills (other languages are valued, such as Spanish)
